  Well, where to begin?? The food was average, the servers were good in general but the boss lady needs some lessons in manners. At a large wedding, running 45 minutes behind, some people went to the dessert table as we waited for speeches to start. I got a slice of cheesecake, along with others at my table but the 'lady' said we couldn't start before the bride & groom, so she MADE me leave my plate on the service table. Others had 'gotten away' before she spotted them. 15 more minutes, no speeches, people were approaching the dessert table. I took my plate & sat down. The 'lady' came over & tried to grab my plate, yelling at me that I was not to have dessert yet. Our table of guests were stunned, here is the paid staff trying to wrestle a plate of cake from a guest. She actually told our table that she owned the food & I could not have it until the appointed time(which actually never happened, the bride & groom NEVER went to the dessert table). I did not make a scene & embarrass my good friends, the bride & groom, but I managed to keep my dessert plate. Later, when the 'lady' was at the far corner of the tent, my husband approached her to state our displeasure and she screamed at him, loud enough to be heard several tables away. This is how you stay in business?
